The barter, trade, sale, purchase or transfer for compensation of RaeCreations, LLC products including Jayne's JourneyTM or other custom programs, in whole or in part or any listings or sales, is strictly prohibited. The selling of any RaeCreationsTM, Jayne's JourneyTM or other RaeCreationsTM products without prior authorization is violating the Terms and Conditions set forth on the Purchase Order and the Terms and Conditions found on Jayne's Journey.com. Groups or individuals selling Jayne's JourneyTM products have not received consent from RaeCreations, LLC to use it’s trademarks and copyrights in this manner. Individual sales of and RaeCreations, Jayne's JourneyTM, or other RaeCreationsTM products are also prohibited by state and federal law. The use of pictures belonging to RaeCreations, LLC depicting, Jayne's JourneyTM packaging or items contained within [i.e. worksheets, games, teaching aids, etc.] or any other RaeCreationsTM products is a violation of RaeCreations, LLC copyright and Trademark. Sellers violating the Rules of Use found in the RaeCreations, LLC family of programs and software and Groups violating the Terms and Conditions damage our Company’s reputation.
